The terms on which you may use FPL Edge. By using the site you accept them; if you do not, please do not use it.

Who we are
FPL Edge is operated by GameMind Labs Limited (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15750628, with its registered office at 30 West Towers, Pinner, HA5 1UA. You can reach us at viraj.vaitha@gamemindlabs.com.
Provided as is
FPL Edge is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it accurate and running, but we do not promise that it will be available at any given time, free of errors, or right about any number it shows.
It is a tool for looking at data, not advice. Transfers, captains and chips are your decisions, and we are not responsible for what they score.
Data from Fantasy Premier League
Everything FPL Edge shows comes from Fantasy Premier League's public API, which is not documented or supported for use by others, and which can change, slow down or refuse our requests at any time. When it does, some views may show older data (each says how old) or stop working until it recovers, and a feature that depends on it may have to be withdrawn.

“Premier League” and “Fantasy Premier League” are trade marks of The Football Association Premier League Limited, used here only to say what FPL Edge works with.
Acceptable use
Use FPL Edge for your own interest in the game. Please do not:
- scrape it, or use scripts or automated tools to make requests through it; every request can cost a request to FPL, and FPL's tolerance is shared by everyone who uses the site;
- try to get round its limits, or reach its API other than through the site;
- interfere with its security or with other people's use of it;
- use it to harass or embarrass other managers.
We may limit or block access that does any of these. How the site paces its own requests to FPL is set out on our requests to FPL.
Plans and donations
On the free plan, the whole-league view covers leagues of up to 50 managers, and close rivals and league leaders cover private leagues of up to 200. Pro covers the whole league up to 200, and refreshes from FPL more often (see pricing). Pro features may be offered free for a time, as the banner at the top of the site says while they are; when that ends, the free plan applies unless you hold a Season Pass.
Donations are voluntary. They support the cost of running the site and do not buy a plan, a feature or any service, and they are not refundable except where the law requires.
Pro and the Season Pass
The Season Pass is a single payment, taken by Stripe, for Pro on one FPL Edge account until the date shown on the pricing page when you buy it. It does not renew. It is for you: please do not share the account that holds it.
Pro starts as soon as you pay, because you ask for it to. You keep your right to cancel within 14 days of buying, but as the service has started, we refund only the days you have not used, pro rata, on request. After 14 days the pass is not refundable, except where the law says otherwise, or if we withdraw Pro or close the site before the pass ends, when we refund the unused part pro rata. To cancel, write to viraj.vaitha@gamemindlabs.com from the email on your account.
A refund ends Pro on the account straight away, and so does a chargeback while it is open. Pro changes how much of a league one view reads and how often it refreshes; it does not change the data, which is FPL's, or the rest of these terms.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Otherwise, we are not liable for any loss arising from using the site or from being unable to, including any effect on your FPL points, rank or prizes, and if you hold a Season Pass our liability is limited to what you paid for it.
Changes
We may change FPL Edge, or these terms. When the terms change, this page changes with them and the date at the top moves; using the site after that means you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
